Dadi Janki, Chief of Brahma Kumaris, inaugurated the Three-Day National Conference for Administrators, Executives and Managers on the theme “Spiritual Compass for Administrators” being held at Global Auditorium, in Manmohinivan Complex, Abu Road. The conference was organised by the Administors Wing of the Rajayoga Education & Research Foundation, a sister organization of the Brahma Kumaris.

Inaugurating the conference, Mr. Pradeep Patel, Chairperson of Backward and Minority Financial Development Corporation, Bhopal, said that man is a rational animal who has the talent of experience and feelings. Man is not a machine and therefore he can initiate changes in his own self. Today man stands overpowered by his vices and hence fails to attain the desired success. First of all we need to be rid of these vices for which a spiritual knowledge and the practice of Rajyoga are essential. Such a guidance is possible only through the Brahma Kumaris. Appreciating the Brahma Kumaris contribution in the MP Administration’s ‘Unity Rally’ for cultural unity in the society, he said that this helps us to learn that with good meditation and a strong will-power one can succeed even with small and insufficient resources.

The Additional General Secretary of the Brahma Kumaris Rajyogi BK Brijmohan, making his Presidential address, said the Supreme Soul who is also the Supreme Administrator had given man the ‘Spiritual Compass’ for a good and healthy administration which worked for Half the Kalpa of this universe and then it stood polluted with our vices and sins and man lost his direction. Now once again He has come to give man the same old direction for a healthy and spiritual guidance for which purpose this conference has been called.

The Chief Administrator of the Organization Rajyogini Dadi Janki Ji said, “If you have spiritual human love, affection and cordiality there is no one more powerful than you.” She inspired the administrators to adopt the five virtues of Purity, Truth, Patience, Solemnity and Humility. But she added that to practice these five virtues one needs the 8 basic powers of Tolerance, Withdrawal, Accommodation, Cooperation, Power to Pack up, Power to Face, Discernment, and Power to Judge which come to us with a consistent practice of the Rajayoga. She also said that the spiritual knowledge is the basis of all understanding of the self and our purpose of life in this universe.

After this the auspicious lamp of the inauguration was lit, in which all the prominent dignitaries and administrators on the stage, and those from Nepal and different parts of India, participated.

Special Guest of the programme Mr. Shashank Shekhar IAS, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, said that as we go to a perfume factory the fragrance automatically comes to us, in the same manner the company of spiritual dignitaries automatically gives us the feelings of their virtues and divinity. Emphasizing the need for administrators bringing a balance between Materialism and Spiritualism, he said that spiritualism enlightens and empowers us. It is spiritualism that teaches us the art of giving since giving is the basis of receiving and being happy.

The Executive Secretary of the organization Rajyogi BK Mrithunjaya Ji emphasized that everyone coming to this place gets spiritually enthused and empowered. Welcoming the guests on the stage and participants among the audience he said that they will get the spiritual enlightenment and guidance so that they can steer through their life and administrative duties happily and with a peaceful contentment. That is the best self-administration and administration of the society.

National Coordinator of the wing Rajyogini BK Avdhesh conducted the Rajyoga meditation with commentary, and BK Poonam from Jaipur conducted the stage. The programme remained captivating in which the BK sisters from Mulund offered bouquet and tilak, and child artists from Bhopal and Hyderabad presented a cultural programme. Presenting a vote of thanks, the HQs Coordinator BK Harish said that this conference must encourage each one of the participants to imbibe the inner powers and change the destiny of the masses toward healthy and spiritual living.
